Refund policy

We want you to feel good about what you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Tags (if any) must still be attached

  • Item must be in its original condition

We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or limited-edition items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or made-to-order products

How to Start a Return

Email heyjadenjeffs@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you’d like to return

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, email us and we’ll help arrange an exchange if inventory is available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no additional cost.
